Bits for wood

Nuova Filp S.r.l. manufactures, under the trademark Stella Bianca, a large range of bits and other tools suitable to work wood. In the following texts we provide you with general information about the use of the tools and the models available; for further information, please check our Catalogue.

Power Wood Bits: are the basic tool used to drill wood. We propose them in two versions: Standard and Professional. The latter allows to obtain even better results.
Stella Bianca power wood bits have length 150mm and are available in many diameters, between 6mm and 38mm. We manufacture also a special 270mm extension, that allows to make holes staying at a distance from the workpiece. Finally, we propose assortments of 6 pieces having diameter between 10mm and 25mm, available in both versions, Standard and Professional.

Expansive Bits: compared to normal power bits, they have the advantage of allowing to make holes of different sizes using the same tool.
Stella Bianca Expansive Bits are available in two versions. Using the first version is possible to make holes having diameter between 15mm and 45mm; using the second one, holes having diameter between 22mm and 76mm.

Forstner Bits: they make possible to drill with precision and ease even the hardest wood.
Stella Bianca Forstner bits are available in many diameters, between 8mm and 80mm. We offer also assortments with 5 pieces having diameter between 5mm and 35mm.

Boring Bits for hinges: we propose them in two versions: with or without hard metal cutting edge. The models provided with hard metal cutting edge are suitable to make holes also in metal rolled sections.
Stella Bianca boring bits for hinges are available in the three common lengths: 26mm, 30mm and 35mm.

Twin Blade Circle Cutters: allow to make big diameter holes in wood.
Stella Bianca twin blade circle cutters are adjustable. They can make holes with minimum diameter 40mm and maximum 150mm.

Multiblade Hole Saws: are made of a metal body, on which seven blades of different size can be mounted. Depending on the blade mounted, it is possible to make holes having minimum diameter 25mm and maximum 63mm.
Stella Bianca multiblade hole saws are available in two versions: with blade 25mm high, or with blade 50mm high. Both versions are sold complete of all seven blades.
